Educational Seminars
CHC offers educational programs and materials for health care organizations and professionals,
with a specialty in home care and hospice. This is the place for managers, administrators and
clinicians to check first for their educational needs.
If you have suggestions
for program topics, please let us know. If you would like to
be a CHC faculty member, please complete our Call for Presentations.
CHC is an affiliate of the New York State Association of Health Care
Providers, Inc. (HCP)
Below are dates and locations for upcoming CHC seminars with links to online registration and
to a seminar brochure/registration form. The
CHC 2009 Education Calendar lists programs already
scheduled for 2009.
To download any of
the seminar brochures,
you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can get
(at no charge) from Adobe.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Online registration for CHC seminars is now being handled by our
affiliate, HCP. Clicking on a "Register Now"
button will take you to the HCP events site where you will be asked to create an account, if you don't
already have one. HCP members (who always get a discount on CHC events) should use their regular HCP account.
For certain events, online registration is not available and clicking on "Register Now" will bring up
a pdf document you can fax or mail to CHC.
Emergency Preparedness training is here thanks to a grant from the New York State Department of Health.
